Limited Warranty

We offer a 30-day limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.

If your product is found to have a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will review your claim and, if approved, provide an appropriate resolution.

Manufacturing defects that occur under normal use

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse or abuse
Improper care or maintenance
Product modifications or alterations
Accidental damage

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty is void if:

Unauthorized repairs or modifications have been made to the product.
Proof of purchase cannot be provided.
The product has been used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Your proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Photos clearly showing the issue
A brief description of the problem

If your claim is approved, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with return instructions. Returns submitted without an RMA number may not be accepted.

Warranty Resolution

If your warranty claim is approved, Redesign Brand will, at its discretion:

Replace the product with the same or a comparable product, or
Refund the original purchase price.

Processing Time

Most warranty claims are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive all required documentation and, if applicable, the returned product.
