Re-Design Brand LLC stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. This Limited Warranty applies to products purchased directly from Re-Design Brand through redesignbrand.com or from an authorized Re-Design Brand seller.

Warranty Period

Re-Design Brand products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, beginning on the original date of delivery.

This warranty is separate from our Refund & Return Policy. Returns of new, unused products must be requested within the return period specified in our Refund & Return Policy.

What This Warranty Covers

During the warranty period, Re-Design Brand will cover defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal, intended use of the product.

Examples of potentially covered manufacturing defects may include:

Structural failure resulting from a manufacturing defect.
Separation or failure of components caused by defective materials or workmanship.
Hardware or components that fail under normal intended use because of a manufacturing defect.
Other defects determined by Re-Design Brand to be the result of materials or workmanship.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear.
Scratches, scuffs, stains, fading, discoloration, or other cosmetic changes resulting from normal use.
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper handling.
Damage caused by improper installation, mounting, storage, maintenance, or cleaning.
Damage resulting from failure to follow installation, care, or use instructions.
Products that have been altered, modified, repaired, or disassembled without authorization from Re-Design Brand.
Damage caused by impact, dropping, excessive force, excessive weight, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.
Damage caused by chemicals, liquids, cleaning products, heat, moisture, environmental conditions, or third-party products.
Damage occurring during transportation or relocation after the product has been delivered.
Minor variations in color, finish, texture, dimensions, materials, or other characteristics that do not materially affect the intended function of the product.
Products purchased from an unauthorized seller.
Products for which valid proof of purchase cannot be provided.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, email:

info@redesignbrand.com

Please include:

Your name.
Your order number or other proof of purchase.
A description of the problem.
Photos or video clearly showing the claimed defect.
Any additional information reasonably requested by Re-Design Brand to evaluate the claim.

Please do not ship a product to Re-Design Brand without prior authorization.

If a product needs to be returned for evaluation, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Warranty Evaluation

Re-Design Brand reserves the right to inspect or request photographs, video, or other information necessary to determine whether a claimed issue is covered by this Limited Warranty.

The existence of damage or product failure does not automatically establish a manufacturing defect.

Warranty coverage will be determined based on the condition of the product, the nature of the issue, the circumstances of use, and the terms of this Limited Warranty.

Warranty Remedy

If Re-Design Brand determines that a product has a defect covered by this Limited Warranty, we will, at our discretion and subject to applicable law:

Repair the defective product or component;
Replace the defective product or component with the same or a reasonably comparable product or component; or
Provide a refund or other appropriate remedy if repair or replacement is not reasonably available.

Replacement products or components may differ slightly in appearance, color, finish, materials, or design due to product updates or manufacturing changes.

A replacement or repaired product does not restart the original 1-year warranty period. It remains covered for the remainder of the original warranty period, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Shipping for Approved Warranty Claims

If Re-Design Brand determines that a return is necessary to evaluate or resolve a potentially covered warranty claim, we will provide instructions regarding return shipping.

For claims confirmed to be covered by this Limited Warranty, Re-Design Brand will be responsible for reasonable shipping costs associated with the approved warranty remedy.

Unauthorized shipping expenses or expedited shipping charges will not be reimbursed unless approved by Re-Design Brand in advance.

Limitations

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the remedies described in this Limited Warranty are the remedies available under this warranty.

Nothing in this Limited Warranty is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable law.
