Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Timeframes

Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (United States)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays or external factors.

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders within 48 contiguous States.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via UPS or comparable carriers.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor delivery status.

Pre-Order Items

Products marked as pre-order are currently in production.

  • Pre-orders will ship on or before the date stated at the time of purchase

  • Orders may ship earlier if production is completed ahead of schedule

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the stated shipping timeline.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
