At Re-Design Brand, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a straightforward, transparent return process.

Returns

We accept returns on new, unused products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • All components and accessories must be included

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Used or damaged items (not caused by shipping)

  • Items not in original packaging

How to Start a Return

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was received

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include photos of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days

  • Issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless due to our error)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Pre-Order Items

Products marked as pre-order will ship on or before the date stated at the time of purchase.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the stated shipping timeline.
