Exchanges
We do offer exchanges.
To request an exchange, please return the original product. Once received, we will inspect the item and, if approved, process your exchange promptly. Customers are responsible for any applicable return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Pre-Order Items
Products marked as pre-order will ship on or before the date stated at the time of purchase.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the stated shipping timeline.
